Responsible for supporting affiliating ministers in getting affiliated, supporting all new ministers and new affiliating ministers from licensure to Ordination. Manage twice yearly Launch! Intensive online class getting new and newly affiliated Ministers ready for work in the field. Manage Ministerial License Renewal process for approx. 800 ministers, public communications via MailChimp for all committees, liaison for Awards Committee, sit on Elections Committee, Annual Report Committee, Regional Support Coordinators group. Coach and support ministers as needed. Other duties as assigned.

Senior Minister (Solo Minister)

Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day running of the Center, including but not limited to organizing special services and events, management of finances, support of congregants experiencing trauma, speaking most Sundays, supervising staff and yes, making Thanksgiving dinner for 40-60 people each year.
Created the position of Co-Directors of Youth and Family to support a thriving Youth Ministry, and the position of Social Media Minister and Technical Director to create a web presence. Oversaw the creation of an Endowment Fund, maintained a steady congregation size in an era of declining interest in religion, and taught adults various classes in life skills and spiritual philosophy. To date, have given over 400 talks in my own Center and in various Centers around the southwest. We are a thriving, prosperous Center.
Acted as Regional Support Coordinator for Region 6 for 6 years, supporting ministries in six states and providing additional support to Centers that are changing ministers. Acted as a resource and evaluator for a Community Support Analysis for a community in crisis (Albuquerque, NM in 2018) and provided ongoing support as the Regional Support Coordinator since then. Taught ShadowWork at our summer conference in 2019.
